The hotel grounds were absolutely beautiful & so well-cared for in every aspect. The restaurants all served different menus & the food was excellent in the three restaurants & Marketplace we tried. The room was a bit small, but it had such character with dormer windows & beamed ceiling. The bathroom was also small but well-maintained, as was the room. I would highly recommend this historic hotel built in the 1920's, to more mature travellers interested in relaxing in the beauty of the surroundings as well as families with children who enjoy hiking & many other outdoor activities such as swimming, fishing, archery, golf, tennis, pickle ball, lawn bowling, etc. There is something for every generation to enjoy at this gorgeous hotel in the Poconos.

Dinner: The dinner was good, and I enjoyed it. However, if you're travelling with little kids, you can find that the buffet can get quite expensive. Fortunately, there are several other cafes on the property that offer alternatives. Breakfast: I enjoyed the breakfast, but you wished there were more gluten-free, vegetarian, and wheat-free options available. Room: The room was excellent in terms of charm but a bit small for three people. I found the additional mattress provided by the hotel to be uncomfortable and smelling old. Overall, the hotel offers a pleasant dining experience, with room for improvement regarding meal options for specific dietary needs.

Enjoyed the stay at the resort. The associates at the front desk and the concierge are so warm and friendly. The highlights are two trails " Trout Stream Trail to Indian Ladder Falls" and "Woodland Wildlife Safari" guided by naturalist Rick Koval on both Saturday and Sunday. He is so knowledgeable that his accompany made us a lifelong memory of the Skytop visit. Definitely will recommend this resort to our friends.

We have visited Skytop for various events, but never stayed over. So glad we decided to actually stay for a weekend. The hotel has a variety of things for guests to do, according to your own schedule. This place goes way out of its way to insure your happiness during your stay. The Friday reception was amazing and delicious! Our room was comfortable and the bed was rejuvenating.

This place was gorgeous! Think grand style old world hotel set on a hill near a lake in the mountains. Then, add a dash of holiday magic with trees and decorations around every corner (A life-size gingerbread house made of REAL gingerbread? Yes!) and you have Skytop! Beautiful setting, excellent dining, and super friendly staff made our stay just perfect.
